Recipe
BBQ Cauliflower Wings
Not only is cauliflower nutritious, but it is also incredibly versatile! You can enjoy it mashed, roasted, in soup, in pizza crust, as rice, in “steak” form, turned into tots, and cooked up as wings. This BBQ cauliflower recipe from Eat With Clarity is not only delicious, but it is a great lighter alternative to chicken wings. Suffice it to say, this BBQ cauliflower wing recipe will not disappoint. Serve and enjoy immediately for maximum crispiness.

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- ¾ cup dairy or non-dairy milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) bbq sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Chop the cauliflower into medium sized florets.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together salt, onion powder, garlic powder, flour & milk.
Add the cauliflower to the batter and mix to coat each piece. Toss in breadcrumbs.
Add the cauliflower to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes, turn the oven off, then let sit for an additional 5 minutes. The wings should be golden brown.
