Local Lettuce Heads

Local Lettuce Heads is a family-run hydroponic greenhouse in the heart of Baldwin County, Alabama. We grow the cleanest, safest, and tastiest non-GMO lettuces and leafy greens—completely pesticide-free. Our computer-monitored systems operate 24/7, allowing us to grow fresh, flavorful greens year-round with unmatched consistency and care. At the heart of our farm is Pietro Lombardino, of Sicilian origins, where he was raised with a deep respect for the land and a passion for bold, natural flavor. Now based in Alabama, Pietro delights in bringing top-quality lettuce to New Orleans and surrounding communities. His mission: to help people fall back in love with lettuce. Lettuce change your mind about lettuce. Taste the difference tradition and hydroponic can make.
